A
few yards from our doorway on Santorini was the start of the trail leading to the promontory on Cape Tourlos
where the old ruler of the place was said to have had his isolated castle.
Though in many places a visitor might have left a mark with spray paint
or marking pen, here at least the graffiti may be sculpture.
